Return and Refund Policy

1. Returns
Eligibility: Products can be returned within 30 days of purchase if they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
Process: To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service at support@thehydrohlab.com with your order number and reason for the return. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.


2. Refunds
Eligibility: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
